This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial operations, including preparing and reviewing financial statements, managing financial reporting schedules, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness of monthly, quarterly, and annual closings. The Senior Finance Executive will monitor cash flow, support budgeting and forecasting activities, and provide analytical insights to management for informed decision-making. The role includes managing compliance with Goods and Services Tax (GST) and other statutory requirements, coordinating with auditors and external partners, and maintaining up-to-date documentation. The Senior Finance Executive will collaborate with cross-functional teams, implement process improvements, and support strategic initiatives to enhance financial efficiency and control.QualificationsStrong finance and accounting foundation, with demonstrated experience in Finance and Financial Reporting.Hands-on expertise in preparing and reviewing Financial Statements, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.Proficiency in Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance, filings, and reconciliation.Advanced Analytical Skills for interpreting financial data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights.Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; professional qualifications (e.g., CA, CMA, CPA) are an advantage.Experience with ERP systems and financial software, along with strong Excel and reporting skills.Knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation regulations, and statutory compliance requirements.Ability to work accurately under deadlines, with strong attention to detail and high ethical standards.Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner with cross-functional and leadership teams.
