In a world where trust must be verified, BeFiSc is focused on identifying and flagging potential risks.Role Description The Senior Finance Executive will oversee key finance operations, including reviewing and preparing financial statements, managing financial reporting cycles, and ensuring accuracy in accounting records. This full-time, on-site role, based in Noida, involves monitoring compliance with tax regulations (including GST), supporting audits, and providing timely financial insights to leadership. The individual will analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and risks, and will contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and process improvements. The Senior Finance Executive will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support decision-making with data-driven recommendations, and help maintain robust internal controls and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
● Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and general ledger● Prepare and reconcile bank statements● Handle accounts payable and receivable● Generate vendor invoices and manage billing cycles● Handle vendor invoicing, along with Credit Notes and Debit Notes● Maintain records of financial transactions in Tally● Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports● Assist in budgeting and forecasting● Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies● Manage GST filing and ITR filing● Work closely with auditors during audits and provide necessary documentation● Use MS Excel for financial analysis, reporting, and data management
Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. ● CA (Inter) / CA Pre-qualified candidates would be an added advantage● Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance.● 3–7 years of relevant work experience. ● Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, etc.). ● Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. ● Good communication and interpersonal skills. ● Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
