The team is focused on accelerating this growth further and creating impactful results for clients.Role Description The Senior Finance Executive will manage day-to-day financial operations, including preparation and review of financial statements, monitoring cash flow, and overseeing financial reporting processes. The role involves ensuring compliance with applicable tax regulations, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), and supporting internal and external audits. The Senior Finance Executive will analyze financial data to provide insights for budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making, while maintaining accurate records and documentation. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to support the company’s growth and financial stability.QualificationsStrong foundation in Finance with hands-on experience in preparing and interpreting Financial Statements.Should have knowledge of Zoho Books, Government tender ( GEM ).Proficiency in Financial Reporting, including period-end closing activities and management reporting.Knowledge of Goods and Services Tax (GST) and other relevant tax and regulatory requirements.Demonstrated Analytical Skills for financial data analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.Professional certifications such as CA, CMA, or MBA (Finance) are an advantage.Experience in a fast-growing or publishing/marketing-related organization is beneficial.Attention to detail, integrity in handling financial information, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on-site in Gurugram.
