Senior Finance Executive

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Finance Executive who can manage the Company’s finance and accounting functions from A–Z while supporting Management with financial insights and recommendations.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle full-set accounts, including AP, AR, GL and bank reconciliations.Prepare monthly management accounts, cash-flow reports, budgets and forecasts.Monitor outlet sales, costs, expenses and profitability.Analyse financial data and advise the CEO and Management on business plans, investments and cost-saving opportunities.Manage payments, collections, claims, petty cash and supplier accounts.Work closely with HR on payroll, statutory contributions and manpower costs.Coordinate audit, tax, SST and other statutory matters.Improve financial controls, processes and reporting.RequirementsDiploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience.Able to handle full-set accounts independently.Strong financial analysis and Excel/Google Sheets skills.Familiar with Malaysian payroll and statutory requirements.F&B, retail or multi-outlet experience is preferred.Proactive, detail-oriented and able to communicate confidently with Management.Apply now and be part of JIBRIL’s growing team!
