We are committed to ethical, compliant, and transparent recruitment.The RoleWe are looking for a Senior Executive Finance (FP&A and Reporting) to join our growing team in Kelaniya. This is a full time, on site role reporting to management. You will manage day to day finance operations, reporting, budgeting, and compliance, and provide the insights leadership needs to make sound business decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and MIS, and lead the budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis process. You will monitor cash flow and control costs, and handle tax compliance, filings, and reconciliations, including VAT and other applicable taxes. The role also involves supporting internal and external audits, maintaining accurate financial records, strengthening internal controls, and providing financial analysis and decision support to management.RequirementsWe are looking for someone with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics and 3 to 5 years of relevant finance experience. A part or full CIMA, ACCA, or CA Sri Lanka qualification is an added advantage. You should have strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, and Sri Lankan tax regulations, along with advanced Excel skills and experience using accounting software. Strong analytical, communication, and problem solving skills are essential, as is the ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
