Senior Finance Executive

ResponsibilitiesManage accounting operations including Billing, GL and Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition.Prepare and circulate monthly financial statements to management.Prepare monthly accounting and cost analysis.Support all statutory and regulatory compliance, including liaising with professionals such as auditors and tax agents for annual audits, tax filings, and annual XBRL filings. Support annual budgeting and forecasting cycle.Participate in the year-end stock count at the factory located in Gopeng, Ipoh.Oversee the accounting system and support other system maintenance and integration.Research technical accounting issues for compliance.Support continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function.Undertake any other duties or ad-hoc assignments as directed by management.Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, MICPA, or equivalent) is an advantage.At least 3 years of experience in financial reporting or external audit.Strong working knowledge of financial reporting standards such as MFRS and IFRS.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SQL, SAP) is an advantage.Highly organised with the ability to meet tight deadlines and manage competing priorities.Adaptable, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.Strong analytical mindset with a high degree of integrity and professional ethics.
