Department: FinanceSalary: AED 7,000–9,000 per monthWorking Days: Monday–SaturdayWorking Hours: 9:00 AM–6:00 PMRole PurposeDeniz Properties is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive with preferably previous experience in the UAE real estate development sector.The role will support the Company’s day-to-day financial operations, including corporate and escrow accounts, customer collections, payments, reconciliations, payroll and commissions, VAT records, and coordination of financial documentation.Key Responsibilities* Manage and record day-to-day financial transactions, operational expenses, reimbursements, supplier and other approved payments.* Monitor and reconcile corporate and project escrow bank accounts and maintain accurate records of all inflows and outflows.* Track customer collections, allocate payments to the respective units, reconcile against SPA/payment plans, and highlight overdue or unidentified payments.* Process approved payroll, bonuses, sales-team commissions, and broker commissions with proper supporting documentation.* Process approved contractor, consultant, supplier, and project-related payments.* Maintain accounts payable and receivable and perform regular bank and ledger reconciliations.* Maintain VAT records, invoices, credit notes, and supporting documentation and coordinate VAT requirements with the Company’s external accountant/auditor.* Prepare monthly reconciliations and accounting records for management and external financial/audit reporting.* Ensure all transactions are properly approved, supported, recorded, allocated, and filed.* Coordinate with banks, auditors, Sales, Project, and other relevant departments on finance-related matters.* Identify and follow up on discrepancies, missing documentation, unidentified receipts, and unreconciled transactions.Requirements* Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.* Minimum 3–5 years of relevant finance/accounting experience in the UAE.* Previous experience with a real estate developer is preferred.* Experience with escrow accounts, customer collections, payment allocation, bank reconciliation, payroll/commissions, and UAE VAT is an advantage.* Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.* Strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills.* Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality of financial information.* Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.What We Are Looking ForWe are looking for a hands-on Finance Executive who can maintain accurate financial records, properly reconcile corporate and escrow accounts, track customer and project-related transactions, and ensure that financial documentation remains complete and up to date.The candidate should be proactive in identifying discrepancies and following up with the relevant departments to ensure timely resolution.Work Location: In person
