Senior Finance Executive, Corporate Finance

As a Senior Finance Executive in the Corporate Finance Team, you will provide support to the Accountant and work closely with various stakeholders (internal and external).ResponsibilitiesHandle Accounts Payables functions.Prepare and process invoice payments and journals.Prepare timely submission and analysis of quarterly forecasts and utilisation to funding agencies.Prepare and provide financial analysis for financial and management reports.Support internal and external audits which include preparation of audit schedules, reports, extraction of documents and information.Handle GST and corporate tax reporting.Assist in the implementation of system enhancement, IT projects, and process improvement initiatives.RequirementsDegree in Accountancy or equivalent qualification.Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.Knowledge and hands on experience in SAP S/4 accounting system will be advantageous.Good knowledge of accounting principles, experience with Grant Accounting will be an added advantage.Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Ability to set priorities with a strong sense of responsibility to complete tasks within timeline.Good analytical, communication, interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.Self-driven, meticulous and independent, and a valuable team player who can thrive in a fast-paced environmentWorking Location: Jurong East, Devan Nair InstituteDesignation and salary will commensurate with experience.We will only contact shortlisted candidates.
