The team is committed to delivering practical, results-driven solutions while upholding the highest standards of professionalism.Job SummarySenior Finance Executive- Virtual CFO is responsible for executing finance and accounting engagements, providing strategic financial advisory, managing client relationships, and overseeing the delivery of outsourced CFO services. The role requires strong technical expertise in finance, compliance, and business partnering to help clients improve financial performance and governance.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Financial ManagementManage accounting and financial reporting requirements for multiple client engagements.Prepare and post journal vouchers and other accounting entries in Tally and Zoho Books.Manage monthly and periodic book closures, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of accounting records.Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Process vendor payments, statutory payments, banking transactions, and account reconciliations.Coordinate with clients and internal teams to obtain information, resolve accounting issues, and complete deliverables within agreed timelines.Management Reporting & Financial AnalysisPrepare MIS reports, cash-flow statements, fund-flow statements, and other management reports.Analyse financial and accounting data to support management decision-making and business planning.Assist in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis.Track financial performance and highlight material trends, variances, and areas requiring management attention.Provide timely and accurate financial information to relevant stakeholders.Taxation & Statutory CompliancePrepare and reconcile monthly GST data and ensure the timely filing of applicable GST returns.Prepare TDS workings and ensure the timely payment and filing of TDS returns.Monitor applicable tax and regulatory obligations to ensure accurate and timely compliance.Assist with ROC, RBI, and other statutory or regulatory compliance requirements.Maintain appropriate records and supporting documentation for compliance filings and reviews.Client & Stakeholder CoordinationManage accounting, reporting, and compliance deliverables for multiple clients simultaneously.Coordinate regularly with clients to collect financial information and address accounting or compliance-related queries.Work closely with internal teams to monitor assignments and ensure the timely completion of deliverables.Communicate financial and compliance matters clearly to relevant stakeholders.Support clients in resolving routine accounting, reporting, and regulatory issues.Process Control & Quality AssuranceReview accounting records and reconciliations to identify discrepancies and ensure data accuracy.Maintain proper books of account, schedules, supporting documents, and financial records.Monitor recurring accounting and compliance timelines across client engagements.Support improvements in accounting, reporting, reconciliation, and compliance processes.Ensure work is completed in accordance with applicable accounting practices and internal quality standards.Other ResponsibilitiesSupport periodic financial reviews and other finance-related assignments.Assist with accounting, finance, taxation, compliance, and reporting requirements as needed.Handle ad hoc assignments based on client requirements and business priorities.QualificationsMinimum of 5 years of relevant finance experience, orCA Inter (Cleared intermediate level) with 2–3 years of relevant experience.Prior experience with a Chartered Accountancy firm, accounting outsourcing firm, or Virtual CFO services provider is preferred.Experience managing accounting, reporting, and compliance requirements for multiple clients is preferred.Required SkillsStrong knowledge of accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.Proficiency in preparing MIS reports, cash-flow statements, fund-flow statements, and financial analyses.Practical knowledge of monthly and periodic book-closure processes.Good understanding of GST, TDS, accounting practices, and applicable statutory compliances.Experience in preparing GST reconciliations, TDS workings, and supporting statutory return filings.Proficiency in Tally is mandatory.Working knowledge of Zoho Books or similar accounting software is preferred.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, PivotTables, and data analysis.Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis.Ability to manage multiple clients, assignments, and deadlines independently.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent attention to detail and commitment to
