Senior Finance Manager

Job Purpose: To lead the execution of financial reporting integration activities for the acquired subsidiary and ensure timely implementation of Group accounting policies, consolidation processes, regulatory reporting requirements, management reporting frameworks, controls and finance systems integration. This role acts as the key delivery lead across the Finance Integration workstream scope covering IFRS 3, IFRS transition, consolidation, regulatory reporting, MI, systems and controls.Key Accountabilities: The role will be accountable for:IFRS & Accounting IntegrationConsolidation & Close IntegrationRegulatory Reporting and Basel capital calculations Integration MI & Performance ReportingIntegration of Management ReportingWork Experience10–12 years experience.Banking finance and reporting environment.Strong IFRS exposure.Experience of large transformation or integration projects.Exposure to India market / RBI regulations / Ind AS strongly preferredEducation & Professional CertificationsCA / ACA / CPA (mandatory)Strong grounding in IFRS 3 and IFRS 9Knowledge and SkillsDeep expertise in: Business combinations (IFRS 3)Cross-border financial reporting integrationAbility to manage dual regulatory environments (UAE–India)Strong technical accounting judgment under audit scrutinyExperience in complex system and data integration environments
