Actively design and continuously optimize internal financial systems, controls, and workflows to ensure maximum efficiency and compliance.Direct trade and supply chain finance activities, including LC issuance, inventory financing, and tray business.Act as a strategic financial partner to cross-functional departments (Sales, Production, and Procurement). Provide actionable financial insights to drive overall business objectives, control costs, and mitigate risks.Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing internal finance team, fostering a culture of accuracy, continuous learning, and operational excellence.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of financial experience, strictly within the steel, rebar, or heavy manufacturing industry.Strong expertise in LC issuance, trade finance, and supply chain financing.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective cross-departmental alignment and stakeholder management.A solid network with local banks in the UAE is preferred.
