قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجSenior Finance Manager – Shared Services & TransformationMorocco | International Finance Operations | European ScopeAn international industrial group is strengthening its finance leadership team in Morocco and is looking for a senior finance professional to lead its growing Shared Service Centre.This is not a conventional Finance Manager position.You will take responsibility for finance delivery across more than 13 European legal entities while leading the continued migration of additional entities into Morocco. The role requires equal strength in accounting leadership and project delivery—you must be able to maintain control of daily finance operations while successfully managing change.The opportunityReporting to the Head of Finance Europe, you will:Lead a growing team across accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and treasuryOversee finance delivery for 13+ legal entities across eight European countriesEnsure accurate and timely month-end closing, balance-sheet reconciliations and group reportingOwn AP, AR, payment runs, bank reconciliations, fixed assets and short-term cash forecastingEstablish and monitor service levels covering throughput, accuracy, ageing and payment performanceLead future finance migration waves from initial scoping through knowledge transfer, parallel running, cutover and hypercareManage relationships with European Finance Directors, Group IT, banks, auditors and external accountantsStrengthen internal controls, segregation of duties and payment-authorisation processesDevelop the SSC structure, build team capability and remove single points of failureOperate across SAP and a wider multi-ERP environmentWhat we are looking forYou will need to demonstrate both strong technical accounting and successful finance-transition delivery.Essential experience includes:At least seven years of progressive accounting and finance experiencePersonal ownership of a full accounting close—not simply participationStrong knowledge of AP, AR, payments, balance-sheet reconciliations, fixed assets and cash forecastingExperience leading an ERP implementation, shared-services migration or finance process transferAt least three years of team leadership or management experienceConfident, hands-on experience using SAP FI/COExperience working across multiple entities, currencies and accounting systemsPrevious shared-service centre experience, either transferring or receiving finance processesFluent written and spoken French and EnglishA recognised accounting qualification or equivalent advanced finance educationExposure to IFRS, manufacturing, Big Four audit, S/4HANA or additional European languages would be advantageous.The personYou will be structured, resilient and comfortable operating through demanding closing periods and migration deadlines. You must be capable of challenging senior stakeholders constructively, protecting financial controls and holding both your team and the wider organisation accountable for delivery.This is an opportunity to move beyond maintaining an established finance function.
