Senior Finance Manager

Apply & track with Apply EdgePyou is the international brand of Lavoropiù Group, an Italian company specializing in Human Resources.At Pyou, we are looking for a Senior Finance Manager to join an industrial manufacturing company that is part of a well-established international group.Reporting directly to the General Manager and functionally to the Group CFO, this is a key leadership role combining strategic business partnering with hands-on financial management. You will lead the local finance function while acting as the main link between the Spanish entity and the Group Finance organization.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Statutory ReportingSupervise general ledger, accounts receivable and accounts payable.Manage monthly, quarterly and annual financial closings.Prepare statutory financial statements and support external auditors.Ensure tax, legal and corporate compliance.Finance & TreasuryManage cash flow, liquidity and banking relationships.Lead short- and medium-term financial planning.Monitor working capital (inventory, receivables, payables).Support extraordinary transactions and Group-driven initiatives.Controlling & Performance ManagementPrepare budgets, forecasts and business plans.Analyze variances and financial KPIs.Control manufacturing costs and support operational decisions.Drive continuous improvement of finance and controlling processes.Group ReportingPrepare management reporting in line with Group principles and deadlines.Act as the main interface with Group CFO and central controlling functions.Align local processes with international reporting standards.Leadership & GovernanceCoordinate and develop the local finance team.Work cross-functionally with Operations, HR and Supply Chain.Act as a financial sparring partner to the CEO.
Requirements
Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related discipline.7–10 years of experience in Finance, Accounting and Controlling.Previous experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.Experience working within an international group is highly desirable.Strong knowledge of financial accounting, controlling and statutory reporting.Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus).Advanced Excel and reporting tools.Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken) mandatory.Strong business acumen, hands-on approach and excellent communication skills.Soft Skills:Pragmatic, business-oriented mindset.Ability to work effectively in lean and hands-on environments.High level of autonomy, reliability and attention to detail.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in an international context.
