Job Description
8 years of post-CA qualification experience in managing finance & accountsThorough knowledge of Accounting & Auditing StandardsSound knowledge of various statutory compliancesAbility to liaison with Statutory authorities for compliance related mattersSkills in budgeting and forecastingPreparation of MIS reportsKnowledge of SEZ & RBI complianceTo be conversant in Quick Book and XeroStrong interpersonal, communication and presentation skillsKnowledge on US compliancesAbility to work independently and manage teamKnowledge of Consolidation process as per AS-21Corporate exposure
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for reviewing financial reports, monitoring accounts, preparing financial forecasts, financial planning and managing cash & fund flow.This role will be overseeing the general internal financial control within the organization. Additionally, this will include monitoring and managing the financial transactions and compliances of subsidiaries abroad.The job encompasses the following major functions:Organization wide Finance & Account Management capability mainly US subsidiaryMonitor the regulatory changes and keep the appropriate function updatedEnsure zero deviation on statutory compliancesReview and monitor the financial transactions of subsidiariesFormulating annual budgetsConducting variance analysis to determine difference between projected & actual results and implementing corrective actions.To ensure integrity, risk awareness and compliance to financial requirementsEnable the management to make sound business decisions and meet the company’s objectives.Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.Effective cash flow management with timely receivable collectionsEnsuring documentation and supporting are adequateManaging the team and to delegate the work appropriatelyMonitor project profitability status and take corrective actions, if needed, thereby reducing the risk of lossPeople managementProvide supportive leadershipMotivating and directing team members as they work.Effectively communicating & monitoring current activities and policies.Relationship managementEstablish and maintain close working relationships with internal and external stake holders.Ensure that the relationship between the Company and its key external stakeholders is positive and constructive.Corporate contributionParticipate in establishing a high energy, quality based and result oriented culture in the organizationEnsure compliance with all statutory and company policiesParticipate in setting the company budget and goals for each yearHelp with the management of the Company’s efforts with respect to CSR and other similar activitiesGoals/Accountabilities:Cost reductionMaintaining healthy gross marginPrevent revenue leakageAccountable for all MIS reportsAccountable for all Statutory compliancesAccountable for the safe custody of financial assets/credentials100% information security
