Job Description

8 years of post-CA qualification experience in managing finance & accountsThorough knowledge of Accounting & Auditing StandardsSound knowledge of various statutory compliancesAbility to liaison with Statutory authorities for compliance related mattersSkills in budgeting and forecastingPreparation of MIS reportsKnowledge of SEZ & RBI complianceTo be conversant in Quick Book and XeroStrong interpersonal, communication and presentation skillsKnowledge on US compliancesAbility to work independently and manage teamKnowledge of Consolidation process as per AS-21Corporate exposure

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for reviewing financial reports, monitoring accounts, preparing financial forecasts, financial planning and managing cash & fund flow.This role will be overseeing the general internal financial control within the organization.
