We are Importers, Exporters, Manufacturers, and Distributors, headquartered in Chennai, and branched out in Coimbatore and Madurai with a team of 150+ Employees.Role Description The Senior Finance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for overseeing the company’s financial strategy, planning, and operations. This role involves managing budgeting and forecasting, monitoring cash flow, and preparing detailed financial reports and analyses for leadership. The Senior Finance Manager will ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, taxation requirements, and regulatory guidelines while implementing robust internal controls and risk management practices. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising the finance and accounts team, reviewing monthly and annual closing processes, managing cost control initiatives, and supporting decision-making for investments, pricing, and expansion plans. The role also collaborates closely with operations, sales, and manufacturing teams to align financial performance with business objectives and drive overall profitability.QualificationsStrong expertise in financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.Proficiency in accounting, financial reporting, and compliance with Indian accounting standards and tax regulations.Experience in cash flow management, working capital optimization, and cost control in a manufacturing or distribution environment.Skill in implementing and monitoring internal controls, risk management, and audit processes.Advanced knowledge of Excel and familiarity with ERP or finance systemsDemonstrated ability to lead and develop finance teams, with strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with clear and concise communication skills.Master’s degree or professional qualification in Finance, Accounting, or related field (e.g., CA, CMA, MBA Finance) preferred.Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or HVAC/refrigeration sectors is an advantage.High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to continuous improvement.
