Its premium seafood products are enjoyed by customers worldwide, offering team members the opportunity to contribute to a recognized international brand.Role Description The Senior Finance Manager will lead group finance, consolidation, and financial reporting across multiple entities and jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with IFRS and group policies. The role will oversee budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, financial close, audit, internal controls, and performance analysis, while driving finance transformation, system automation, and process standardization. The role will partner with senior management and regional finance teams to provide actionable financial insights, strengthen financial performance, and support strategic decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesGroup Consolidation & Reporting: Lead end-to-end consolidation process across multiple entities and jurisdictions, ensuring timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual close in compliance with IFRS and group policies.Financial Close & Controls: Strengthen closing discipline (timelines, checklists, reconciliations) and enforce robust internal controls across regional finance teams.Budgeting & Strategic Planning: Drive annual budgeting and mid-term planning cycles; align assumptions with business strategy and track variance against key financial metrics (revenue, EBITDA, cash flow).Forecasting & Performance Management: Own quarterly rolling forecasts; deliver variance analysis, scenario modeling, and actionable insights to support management decision-making.Audit & Compliance Management: Act as primary liaison with external auditors; manage audit timelines, technical accounting issues, and ensure clean audit outcomes.Systems & Automation: Champion finance transformation initiatives including ERP optimization, consolidation tools, and automation of reporting workflows to improve cycle time and data integrity.Process Standardization: Establish scalable SOPs and reporting templates across geographies to drive consistency, accuracy, and efficiency.Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with senior leadership, regional finance teams, and investment stakeholders to provide clear, data-driven insights.Data & Reporting Quality: Enhance management reporting packs, dashboards, and KPI tracking (e.g., working capital, margin analysis, cash conversion).Team Leadership (if applicable): Mentor junior finance staff and coordinate deliverables across regional finance teams.Qualifications & Experience8–12 years of relevant experience in group finance, consolidation, or controllership roles within MNCs or large regional platforms.Strong technical accounting foundation with Big 4 audit background preferred.Proven track record managing multi-entity, multi-currency consolidations under IFRS.Hands-on experience with ERP and consolidation systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, Cognos, or similar).Demonstrated ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A processes with clear linkage to business performance.Experience driving finance transformation, automation, or system implementation initiatives.Strong analytical capability with ability to translate financial data into business insights.High attention to detail with ability to operate under tight reporting timelines.Effective communicator with experience engaging senior stakeholders across regions.Prior exposure to Southeast Asia markets or cross-border environments is advantageous.Willing to Relocate to KL.
