Role: Senior Finance Manager
Location: North London | 4 days on site | 1 WFHType: Permanent | Full-timeSalary: Up to £80,000 DOE***ESSENTIAL - Hands-on Sage 50 Accounts & stock, inventory or manufacturing accounting experience***This role is perfect for:Exceptional Finance Manager / Senior Management Accountant ready to step up take broader ownership; orSenior Finance Manager / Financial Controller who still enjoys being hands-onWe’re working with a founder-led and fast-growing beauty and personal care brand that manufacturers it's own products.This isn’t a role for someone who wants to sit above the numbers.You’ll be close to the detail - owning management accounts and month-end, reviewing stock and product costs, reconciling e-commerce channels, managing cashflow and VAT, improving systems and controls, and working directly with the founders and operational teams.What you’ll own:Full monthly management accounts and month-end closeP&L, balance sheet, cashflow and variance analysisStock, inventory, COGS and gross-margin accountingProduct costing, manufacturing costs and BOM costingReconciliation of Amazon, TikTok Shop and other e-commerce channelsCashflow forecasting and working capital managementUK and international VAT, including hands-on Import VAT, PVA and C79Intercompany accounting across multiple international entitiesPayroll oversight and reconciliationsBudgets, forecasts and scenario planningImproving finance, stock, inventory and manufacturing processesCommercial analysis around pricing, margin, cost control and profitabilityWhat we’re looking for:Strong hands-on Sage 50 Accounts experience - essentialHands-on experience with Import VAT / PVA / C79ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualifiedStrong experience producing full monthly management accountsProven ownership of the month-end closeExperience in a stock / inventory / product-led businessStrong understanding of COGS, gross margin and product profitabilityComfortable operating across both financial control and operational financeInterested?Apply directly through the link or email me at Dan@LT-Talent.co.ukAnd remember - you can now apply with a traditional CV or a Video CV, whichever you prefer.
