Provide commercial and operational insight on revenue, cost and margin to support profitable growth, expansion and delivery of agreed financial targets.Key responsibilitiesRegional FP&A and commercial financeFinancial performance: Lead analysis and business partnering to support delivery of agreed net sales, EBITDA and free cash flow targets. Drive margin analysis so financial insight informs key business decisions.Planning, forecasting and reporting: Lead the long-range plan, annual operating plan, rolling forecasts and timely regional submissions, including supply chain performance. Ensure accurate month-end reporting, with clear risks, opportunities and actions against plan.P&L insight: Strengthen regional P&L reporting through segmentation by market, customer, category and product, and improve consistency of reporting across entities.Trade spend and commercial finance: Enhance visibility and control of trade and marketing spend, monitor accruals and budget performance, and partner Commercial teams on pricing, promotions, revenue recognition and profitability.Overhead and cost discipline: Drive accuracy and ownership of selling, general and administrative costs, and identify cost-out opportunities early.Supply chain financeProduct costing and new product support: Build accurate product cost simulations and standard costs for new product and business initiatives. Document assumptions, cost drivers and margin implications to support investment approvals.Cost reduction and productivity: Partner Operations, Supply Chain and R&D on fixed overhead, conversion cost and productivity initiatives, tracking benefits, risks and financial outcomes.Supply chain performance reporting: Improve the accuracy, commentary and analytical depth of supply chain KPI reporting, translating variances and trends into forward-looking recommendations.Asset accounting and controls: Provide finance oversight of fixed assets, capital expenditure and related processes, with strong controls, reconciliations and audit-ready documentation.Across both areasBusiness partnering: Work closely with Operations, Planning, Procurement, R&D and Commercial teams to support product, sourcing, manufacturing, expansion and investment decisions.Analytics, systems and improvement: Improve SKU cost allocation by integrating costing data into system-based tools, automate reporting, respond to audit and ad hoc requests, and raise data quality through standardisation.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related discipline; professional qualification preferredSubstantial FP&A, commercial finance, manufacturing finance or cost accounting experience, preferably in a multi-market consumer goods organisationStrong grasp of P&L, net sales, EBITDA, free cash flow, trade spend, pricing, product costing, standard costs, overheads, conversion cost, inventory, fixed assets and capital expenditureProven experience leading annual planning, forecasting and month-end reporting, and supporting new product, cost-saving and operational improvement initiatives with robust financial modelling and benefit trackingAdvanced Excel and analytical skills, with experience in ERP, planning, product costing and business intelligence tools; reporting automation is a plusStrong business partnering, presentation and influencing skills, with the ability to give clear recommendations to commercial and operational stakeholders across a regional matrix
