Senior Finance Manager – India & US

Phox Health is looking for a Senior Finance Manager to manage finance operations across our India and US entities.This is a hands-on finance management role covering accounting, financial reporting, AP/AR, billing, payments, cash flow, compliance and audit coordination. You’ll work closely with leadership and external finance partners to ensure finance operations are accurate, timely and well controlled.What you'll doManage day-to-day finance and accounting activities across India and US entitiesLead monthly close, reconciliations and financial reportingOversee AP, AR, billing, collections and vendor paymentsManage US finance processes, including US accounting and reporting requirementsManage India finance requirements including GST, TDS and other applicable compliancesSupport US vendor and driver payment processes and ensure timely executionPrepare and monitor cash-flow forecasts and working capitalSupport budgeting, forecasting and variance analysisCoordinate with auditors, tax advisors and other external finance partnersMaintain and improve finance controls, SOPs and approval processesIdentify opportunities to automate and simplify finance processesManage and mentor the finance teamWhat we're looking for10–12 years of experience in finance and accountingStrong hands-on experience in accounting, month-end close, financial reporting, AP/AR and reconciliationsPractical experience with US accounting, US entities or US GAAPGood understanding of Indian finance and statutory requirements, including GST and TDSExperience managing cash flow, payments and working capitalExperience working with auditors and external finance/tax partnersStrong Excel and ERP/accounting-system skillsExperience managing or mentoring a small finance teamAbility to work independently and take ownership of finance operationsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsExperience in logistics or a startup environment is good to have
