Senior Finance Officer

Role Description The Owner role at Vector India Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Hyderabad Area. The Owner oversees overall business strategy, academic direction, and growth initiatives, ensuring that training programs remain aligned with evolving industry needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding senior leadership, monitoring operational efficiency across training centers, and maintaining quality standards consistent with ISO 9001:2015 certification. The role involves building and managing partnerships with universities, corporate clients, and hiring organizations, while supporting placement and scholarship initiatives. The Owner also provides high-level oversight of financial performance, compliance, brand positioning, and long-term expansion plans, with a focus on delivering inclusive and high-impact education.QualificationsProven leadership experience in education, technology training, or a related industry, with the ability to set strategic direction and manage multidisciplinary teams.Strong background in business management, including budgeting, financial oversight, and organizational planning.Experience in Embedded Systems, Full Stack development, or broader technology domains, and familiarity with industry trends and skill requirements.Ability to develop and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, corporate clients, and recruitment teams to support placements and collaborations.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills, with a commitment to learner success and inclusive practices.Experience with quality management systems (e.g., ISO standards) and education-focused accreditations is highly beneficial.Undergraduate or graduate degree in Engineering, Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; entrepreneurial or prior ownership experience is an advantage.
