Unfortunately, part-qualified and finalist applicants cannot be considered.Grafton Banks Finance is pleased to be supporting a well-known international organisation with the recruitment of a Senior Finance Transformation Analyst. This is a highly visible opportunity to drive data quality, process improvement and business performance initiatives across a complex, multi-site environment.Working closely with senior stakeholders across Finance and Operations, you'll take ownership of identifying, analysing and resolving data-related process challenges. You will map end-to-end processes, conduct gap analysis, identify root causes of issues, and implement sustainable improvements that enhance reporting quality, business insight and decision-making.This role would suit a qualified accountant who enjoys getting under the skin of complex data and process issues, partnering with stakeholders and delivering meaningful change across an organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead process mapping and gap analysis exercises across multiple business functionsIdentify and resolve data quality, reporting and process inefficienciesSupport global budgeting, forecasting and scenario-planning activitiesDevelop financial models and analytical tools to support business decision-makingDeliver insightful reporting and analysis to senior leadership teamsChallenge existing ways of working and drive continuous improvement initiativesAct as a trusted Finance Business Partner to senior stakeholders across the organisationEssential Experience:Fully qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA accountantDemonstrable experience improving data quality and data-related processes within a complex organisationProven process mapping and gap analysis experienceStrong Finance Business Partnering experienceAdvanced Excel and financial modelling skillsExperience working with large data sets and complex reporting environmentsExperience working within complex data environmentsThis is an outstanding opportunity to join a successful and growing international organisation offering excellent benefits, significant exposure to senior leadership and the chance to play a key role in shaping business processes and data quality across the organisation.
