With a strong and growing project pipeline across multiple international markets, the business is continuing to invest in its finance function to support its next phase of growth.Key Responsibilities:Own period-end close and accounts preparation (P&L and Balance Sheet) across several entities and jurisdictionsEnsure full balance sheet reconciliation, including intercompany account movementsReport and review key project costs with budget holders on a monthly basisDeliver financial KPI reporting on business streams directly to the Finance DirectorSupport the annual budget process and statutory accounts preparation, liaising with external auditorsDrive continuous improvement of processes and controls, with input into wider finance projectsYour Experience:Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with 1-3+ years' PQE
