Senior Financial Accountant (Immediate Joiner)

We are seeking ambitious and dynamic Senior Financial Accountants to immediately join our clients in the Technology, Consulting, and Manufacturing sectors.In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the CFO and take ownership of end-to-end accounting processes — from bookkeeping to financial reporting and analysis. You’ll play a key role in month-end closings, inventory management and costing, revenue recognition, invoicing, and VAT compliance.This is an excellent opportunity for passionate and detail-oriented accountants looking to grow with fast-paced, rapidly expanding organizations.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate bookkeeping and general ledger entries.Ensure all financial transactions comply with IFRS.Support month-end and year-end closing activities.Assist in the annual audit process and preparation of audit schedules.Manage and monitor invoicing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.Conduct financial analysis and performance reporting to support management decisions.Oversee inventory management and product costing processes.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of professional accounting experience.Technical SkillsStrong knowledge of general and cost accounting principles.Solid understanding of IFRS and financial reporting.Proficiency with accounting systems such as Odoo, QuickBooks, or Xero.Advanced MS Excel and data analysis skills.Experience with UAE VAT and related reporting.Excellent presentation and communication skills in English.Managerial & Interpersonal SkillsAbility to present financial insights that support strategic decision-making.A proactive team player who learns fast and supports others.Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
