Role Description The Senior Financial Accountant role at DSP GIFT City is a part-time position with a hybrid work arrangement, based in Abu Dhabi with flexibility for some work from home. The role involves preparing and reviewing financial statements, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Daily responsibilities include analyzing financial data, reconciling accounts, monitoring cash flows, and supporting audits and internal controls. The Senior Financial Accountant will collaborate with finance and investment teams to provide analytical insights, improve reporting processes, and support decision-making related to cross-border and IFSC-related operations.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong skills in Finance and Financial Reporting, with the ability to interpret and present complex financial information clearly.Candidates should possess experience in preparing and reviewing Financial Statements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and completeness.Candidates should possess proficiency with Accounting Software and related tools used for recording, tracking, and reporting financial transactions.Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for evaluating financial data, identifying trends, and supporting strategic recommendations.Relevant professional qualification such as CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent, and a bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Experience in financial services, asset management, or international/IFSC environments is beneficial.Strong attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup with cross-functional teams.
