Senior Financial Advisor

We're hiring a Senior Financial Advisor at Numerica Financial Advisory.This is a full-time role for someone who can own client bookkeeping end to end and step into advisory work alongside our team.What you'll do:• Own the full-cycle bookkeeping for assigned clients — accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank and credit card reconciliations, and financial statement preparation• Run month-end and year-end close: accruals, prepaids, depreciation schedules, fixed asset registers, and intercompany reconciliations• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements• Post and review journal entries, maintain supporting schedules, and keep audit-ready documentation• Apply revenue recognition and deferred revenue treatment in line with IFRS• Set up and maintain client charts of accounts in Xero and Odoo, including migrations, bank feeds and reconciliation rules• Produce budget vs. actual variance analysis and cash flow forecasts, with commentary for client management• Build financial models and assist in preparing feasibility studies on an as-needed basis• Support annual audits and statutory filings, and act as the day-to-day point of contact for client queriesQualificationsStrong Financial Planning and Financial Advisory skills, with a track record of developing client-focused strategies.Solid foundation in Finance, including financial analysis, cash-flow assessment, and risk management.Experience in Retirement Planning, including designing long-term savings and income strategies.Relevant bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., CMA, ACCA, CPA, FMVA or equivalent) are Required.5+ years of experience in financial advisory or wealth management, ideally in a consultancy or client-facing environment.Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in simple terms.High ethical standards, commitment to confidentiality, and adherence to regulatory requirements.Ability to work effectively on-site in Kuwait City, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and manage multiple client engagements.Apply Here: https://forms.gle/UFDQdDJYVsUuQ6LX9
