قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجSenior Financial AnalystResponsibilities:FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIESBudgeting and ForecastingParticipates in building annual company budgets and related reports.Prepares monthly departmental budget in collaboration with department heads.Maintains CapEx budget utilization reports.Analyzes monthly actual spent against budgets.Assists in preparation monthly and weekly cash flow forecast.Costing and Accounting ActivitiesPerforms monthly cost allocations.Estimates PoC and WIP and reconciles monthly billing with Project Services department.Records of fixed asset transactions and depreciation.Estimates monthly subcontractor accruals.Prepares CapEx and OpEx CARs and maintenance of logs.Reviews Account Reconciliations and Balance Sheet.ReportingPrepares monthly PFSR – Project Financial Statement Report and reconciliation statement.Generates weekly and monthly timesheet analysis reports, leave reports and management PTS reports.Prepares weekly and monthly IKTVA reports.Assists with quarterly audit committee pack and board pack and related reports.Prepares Chargeable Man Hours (Non-Projects), Proposal Analysis and PSE reports.Assists in carrying out monthly variance analysis of financial results.Prepares occupancy report.Prepares of ad hoc reports for management and other requests.Audits and OthersAssists in internal audit requirements.Assists in financial and tax audits.Participates in annual IKTVA audits.Files supporting documents pertaining to areas of responsibilities.Acts as back up during the absence of team members or during peak periods.Follows company policies and procedures.Communicates and promotes the company’s vision with respect to HSE standards, behaviors, and performance.Undertakes any other duties, accountabilities, and responsibilities, as directed.AUTHORITY/LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIESProvides technical guidance to co-workers.Supervises work of subordinates within a small work unit.Requirements:BS Accounting/Commerce/Finance and at least 8 years significant experience.Membership in a recognized professional association e.g., CPA/CA/CMA is desirable.Considerable understanding of accounting and finance and knowledge of reciprocal effects of the work upon other disciplines/ fields.Considerable understanding of applicable company and GAZT legislation and regulations and IFRS and GAAP accounting standards.Considerable Microsoft office suite skills and exposure to financial, budgeting and planning ERP systems.Proven ability to communicate simple financial information in a concise, non-technical manner, think creatively, strategically and act tactically.Proven ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on management capacity.Strong commercial awareness and business acumenArticulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
