Senior Financial Analyst

The ideal candidate will have Financial Analysis and Planning experience within the semiconductor industry.About the RoleResponsibilitiesFinancial Analysis and PlanningDevelop and enhance advanced financial reporting, including “next level” analyses identified by management.Build cash investment trend analyses, including earnings performance and target tracking.Conduct ASP (Average Selling Price) analysis by product type, diameter, region, and customer.Analyze and quantify the impact of price changes on gross margin trends.Prepare raw material cost trend analyses and related reporting.Own preparation of the Board financial package.Lead forecasting efforts aligned with company guidance targets.Develop and support cost analysis initiatives as defined by management.Prepare flux analysis reports required by BPM.Improve the annual budgeting process with a focus on increased accuracy and deeper analytical insight.Support ad hoc financial analysis, special projects, and other management requests as needed.QualificationsBachelor’s degree5+ years of FP&A experience in manufacturingRequired SkillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently in a small-office environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsMandarin language skills are a plus
