The Senior Financial Analyst will perform key responsibilities including management reporting and analysis, financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and process improvement.ResponsibilitiesProvide broad analytical support and lead the forecasting and budgeting processes to assigned operating groupsAnalyze and interpret financial results, comparing actual performance to prior periods, budgets, and forecastsDesign and prepare management reportingPrepare moderate to complex financial models to analyze the impact of current and proposed company initiativesCreate and maintain planning templates and reports, construct revenue and expense plans, and identify and analyze variancesOrganize and analyze large quantities of data and perform data reconciliationsPartner with IT to develop and maintain integrity of financial systems used for analysisRequirementsBachelor’s degree required2-5 years of related FP&A experienceStrong understanding of financial computer systems and data systemsCPA strong preferredTechnical understanding of data structure, data mining, and reporting processesAdvanced Excel skills and familiarity with AccessSalary Range$95,000-$110,000
