This high-visibility role supports enterprise-wide financial planning, reporting, and strategic analysis. You’ll collaborate across business functions to deliver actionable insights and play a critical role in guiding performance and decision-making.This is a great fit for a motivated finance professional looking to broaden their impact and take the next step in their FP&A career.What You’ll DoAs a key member of the FP&A team, you’ll partner with departments across the company to support budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and executive reporting.Core Responsibilities:Lead aspects of the annual budget, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial planning in coordination with business and finance leadershipConduct financial performance analysis, including budget vs. actual, forecast variance, and historical trend analysisBuild and maintain comprehensive financial models, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flowPrepare monthly reporting packages and dashboards for senior leadership and stakeholdersWork closely with G&A functions (e.g., HR, Finance, Sales, Real Estate) to provide strategic financial support and analysisAssist with board materials, lender reporting, and other executive-level financial deliverablesPartner with Accounting to improve data accuracy, system processes, and financial workflowsWhat You BringBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus3–5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related analytical roleStrong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysisAdvanced Excel skills and experience with financial modeling; ERP/reporting tool experience a plusExcellent analytical and problem-solving ability with attention to detailStrong communication skills, with the ability to present financial information to both finance and non-finance teamsSelf-motivated and adaptable; able to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environmentCollaborative mindset with proven ability to partner across business functionsWhy This Role Stands OutHigh-impact role with visibility to senior leadershipExposure to board-level and investor reportingOpportunity to build models, improve processes, and contribute to strategic planningPE-backed company with momentum, investment, and room to growCollaborative culture that values initiative, insight, and continuous improvement
