This is an opportunity to work across FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, operational analysis, and strategic initiatives while partnering directly with finance and operational leadership.What You’ll DoOwn and support financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysisBuild financial models to evaluate performance, trends, and future opportunitiesAnalyze monthly and quarterly results and explain key business driversPartner with operating companies and business leaders to identify performance opportunitiesWork with large data sets and turn financial information into actionable insightsSupport annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planningImprove and automate FP&A reporting and processesPrepare analysis and presentations for senior leadershipSupport acquisitions, strategic initiatives, and other special projectsWhat We’re Looking For3–6+ years of progressive FP&A or financial analysis experienceBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fieldStrong budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling experienceAdvanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and complex formulasExperience with an ERP and financial reporting/planning systemsPower BI, Tableau, or other BI experience is a plusStrong ability to explain why the business performed the way it didExcellent communication skills and comfort partnering with senior leadershipSelf-starter who enjoys improving processes in a fast-growing environmentBackgrounds That Could Translate WellExperience in PE-backed, multi-location, construction, HVAC/MEP, facilities services, industrial services, field services, distribution, manufacturing, or acquisition-focused businesses is highly relevant.We’re also interested in FP&A professionals from larger organizations who are ready for broader responsibility, greater visibility, and closer exposure to leadership.Why Consider This Opportunity?You won’t be limited to owning one small piece of the P&L.
