They invest in companies globally across all industries and stages of development with a focus on helping them scale.ResponsibilitiesSupport the quarterly reporting processes of the firm’s operations including budget tracking and quarterly reforecast, financial performance analytics, liquidity management and segment analysis across the firm’s sectorsTrack and analyze firm operating metrics and KPIs including run rate costs, operating efficiency, cost ratios, and budget-to-actual variancesAssist with monitoring and projecting investments and commitments into the firm’s fundsTranslate carry and balance sheet projections to the firm and partner levelLiaise and collaborate with internal functional teams on quarterly deliverables and ad hoc requestsBuild workforce models including headcount, compensation cost, and margin projectionsRequirementsBachelor’s degree required3-6 years of FP&A, accounting, or corporate finance experienceExperience within the private equity space a plusUnderstanding of operating metrics and KPIsFamiliarity with budgeting and forecasting processesCPA or CFA a plusSalary Range$130,000-$150,000
