This is a high-impact role reporting directly to theDirector of FP&A and serving as a key business partner across the organization.This position offers significant exposure to executive leadership, ownership of budgeting and forecasting processes, and the opportunity to become a key contributor within a sophisticated FP&A organization.What You'll Be DoingSupport the company's budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processesAssist with ongoing enhancements and maintenance of the ERP environmentPartner with Finance and operational leaders across multiple business units on budget and forecast activitiesPerform budget-to-actual variance analysis and provide actionable business insightsDevelop financial models and reporting tools to support decision-makingPrepare management reporting packages and presentations for senior leadershipLead monthly financial review meetings with department and business leadersSupport month-end, quarter-end, and annual planning cyclesWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field3-6+ years of FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance experienceHands-on ERP experience requiredExperience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling activitiesStrong Excel and analytical skillsComfortable partnering with business leaders and presenting financial informationPower BI experience is a plus but not requiredWhy This Role?Direct exposure to senior finance leadership and executive stakeholdersHigh-visibility corporate FP&A environmentBroad exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planningCompetitive compensation
