This role offers broad exposure to multiple business units, strong cross-functional collaboration, and a clear path to deepen your understanding of regional business performance and strategic decision-making within a financial services environment.What you'll doPrepare clear, insightful commentary on financial variances, articulating the business drivers behind the numbers for regional stakeholders and Head OfficeCompile and review market submissions for completeness and accuracy, tracking deadlines and driving timely submission across country teamsSupport the monthly forecasting cycle, including regionally managed processes and ongoing optimization of management reporting toolsPartner with the team on system-related projects, including UAT, issue troubleshooting, and coordination with Market FP&A teamsOwn BAU and ad hoc reporting of APAC financial performance to senior managementTake ownership of regionally managed month-end close activities, including journal prep and reviewContribute to the annual budgeting process and 5-year strategic planning cycle — preparing budget reports, board-level presentations, and standardized templates for Head Office submissionsIdentify and drive process improvement initiatives to lift operational efficiencyBe a responsive, reliable point of contact for stakeholder queries and ad hoc requestsWhat you'll bringBachelor's degree in Accountancy or equivalent5–7 years' experience in Finance Planning & Analysis, ideally within banking, insurance, or broader financial servicesHands-on experience with IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) and PeopleSoftStrong Excel skills and comfort working with complex, multi-market data setsExperience with month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysisExposure to system implementations, UAT, or process improvement projectsA proactive, can-do attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to translate financial concepts for non-finance stakeholders
