Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A | Global Manufacturing OrganizationOur client, a growing global manufacturing organization, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A to join its finance team and support a significant business unit.This is a highly visible role for an experienced finance professional who wants to be more than a “report the numbers” analyst. You’ll work closely with business leaders across Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams, helping them understand what is driving performance and using financial analysis to influence decisions around profitability, working capital, and growth.The role offers broad exposure across the P&L and gives you the opportunity to take meaningful ownership of budgeting and forecasting, financial modeling, management reporting, working capital, and operational analysis.For someone with strong FP&A experience—particularly within manufacturing or an industrial environment—this is an opportunity to gain senior leadership exposure, develop a deeper understanding of the business, and make a measurable impact on financial and operational performance.What You’ll DoServe as a key finance partner to business unit leadership, providing analysis and recommendations that support operational and strategic decisions.Own financial reporting and analysis across the P&L, including revenue, cost of sales, gross margin, operating expenses, and operating income.Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial planning.Analyze performance against budget, forecast, and prior year, identifying key business drivers, risks, opportunities, and potential actions.Build financial models, scenario analyses, and sensitivity analyses to evaluate opportunities and support management decisions.Play an active role in the month-end close process, helping ensure accurate and timely financial results.Prepare monthly management reporting and executive-level presentations that clearly communicate performance, trends, and key business drivers.Analyze working capital, including inventory, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash flow.Partner with Operations and Supply Chain to evaluate manufacturing costs, inventory levels, freight, logistics, and other drivers of profitability.Work alongside Commercial and operational teams to identify opportunities to improve margins, inventory turns, collections, and overall cash conversion.Leverage Power BI and other reporting tools to increase financial visibility, automate reporting, and provide better business insights.Identify opportunities to improve forecast accuracy and streamline, standardize, and automate FP&A processes.What We’re Looking For5+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related financial analysis experience.Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred.Advanced Excel skills with strong financial modeling capabilities.Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools strongly preferred.Strong communication and business-partnering skills with the ability to turn financial data into clear, actionable insights.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced analyst who enjoys digging into the numbers, understanding the business behind them, and partnering with leadership to help drive better decisions.
