Unlock your fullest potential with us!McDonald’s is the largest fast-food chain with over 70,000 employees serving Filipinos all over the Philippines, and we are continuously on the lookout for high-caliber talents to join our growing team!With us, working means an opportunity to grow with our limitless career opportunities, and experience an empowering, inclusive and safe work environment.What you will do:Financial Analysis & Evaluation: Leads and conducts financial analysis to evaluate relevant business performance and support strategic decision-making.Risk Assessment: Identifies business risks and growth opportunities and recommends actions that support and drive business results.Financial Performance Consolidation: Consolidates and assesses company financial performance in alignment with business objectives and financial targets.Data Analysis & Trend Identification: Analyzes current and historical data along with market conditions to identify trends, variances, and opportunities to improve profitability and business performance.Reporting & Presentation: Prepares and presents structured reports, insights, and recommendations to support business decisions.Cross-Functional Partnership: Provides financial expertise to relevant teams and participates in strategic special projects.What we are looking for:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fieldProfessional certification (CPA, CMA, or equivalent) is preferred but not requiredWith at least three to five years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, business advisory, planning and budgeting, or management reportingProficient in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), forecasting, budgeting, P&L management, and financial modelingStrong financial analysis and business partnering skills, with the ability to translate business insights to drive data-driven decisionsWho you will work with:Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver financial insights, influence strategic decisions, and drive sustainable business growth.
