You'll join their Business Aligned Team, owning the allocation of a ~$1.3 billion cost base across the organization, primarily supporting one of its largest business groups. This is a real FP&A role. Not tax. Not compliance. You'll report to a Senior Manager and work directly with Australian stakeholders on a regular basis. What you'll actually doProduce monthly management reporting on cost base and business recoveriesReview month-end cost base for technology service areas, analysing variances month-on-month and against forecastProvide clear analysis and commentary on what moved and whyIdentify adjusting entries with the Financial Control team and ensure completeness of journal entries, especially tech cost accrualsJoin regular financial meetings with stakeholders to review month-end results, forecasts, budget build, and billable ratesCommunicate directly with Australia-based stakeholders. This isn't occasional. It's a genuine, regular part of the job.Spot opportunities to improve and simplify existing processesSupport ad hoc requests and team initiatives as needed What you need to bring5+ years in accounting or finance, ideally weighted toward FP&A rather than taxCPA or equivalent certificationSolid experience in financial reporting, month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and cost modellingConfident, clear communication.
