Senior Financial Analyst

Position SummaryA financial institution is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to work closely with the CFO across budgeting, financial reporting, forecasting, and management analysis. This is a highly visible role for someone who understands banking operations and can translate financial data into clear, decision-ready reporting.ResponsibilitiesPrepare budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.Analyze financial performance, variances, trends, and key business drivers.Develop financial models and management reports for the CFO.Support strategic planning and executive-level decision-making.Monitor performance against budgets and forecasts.Partner with accounting and business leaders to gather and validate financial information.Improve reporting processes, controls, and data accuracy.Prepare presentations and ad hoc financial analyses for senior leadership.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.Financial analysis experience within banking or financial services.Demonstrated experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.Ability to communicate financial information clearly to senior leadership.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ready to take on a high-visibility role working directly with the CFO?
