Location: Miami, FLA growing, multi-location organization is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its finance team in Miami.

This is a highly visible role that will partner with Finance and operational leadership to provide financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, and business intelligence that supports strategic and operational decision-making.The ideal candidate combines a strong FP&A foundation with advanced analytical capabilities and the ability to work with large datasets. Power BI and SQL experience are key requirements for this position.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport annual budgeting, forecasting, and periodic reforecasting processes across multiple business units and locations.Prepare monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, and management reporting packages.Analyze revenue, expenses, margins, operating performance, and key business drivers.Develop and maintain financial models used for forecasting, scenario analysis, and strategic decision-making.Partner with operational leaders to understand performance trends, identify opportunities, and provide actionable financial insights.Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI.Utilize SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze financial and operational data from multiple sources.Develop KPI reporting and identify trends across locations, customers, products/services, and other business segments.Improve and automate existing financial reporting and analytical processes.Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and presentations for senior leadership.Support data integrity and help ensure consistency between financial and operational reporting.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.4+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a related finance function.Strong budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling experience.Hands-on Power BI experience required.SQL experience required, including the ability to query and analyze financial and operational data.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.Experience working within a multi-location, operationally complex, or service-oriented organization preferred.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights.
