Senior Financial Analyst

We’re partnering with a growing Atlanta-based Manufacturing organization seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its expanding finance team. This is a highly visible FP&A role with direct exposure to leadership and cross-functional teams, providing financial insights that influence strategy, business performance, and key decisions. Candidates must have 5+ years of FP&A experience.

What You’ll Do

Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, driving accuracy, alignment, and accountability across the organization.Perform in-depth financial analysis across business units, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities to improve performance and profitability.Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow analysis.Build and maintain financial models to support scenario planning, capital allocation, and strategic initiatives.Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to translate financial data into actionable insights.What We’re Looking For:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.5+ years of progressive FP&A experience.Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to work effectively with leadership and cross-functional partners.
