Apply & track with Apply EdgeResponsibilitiesPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements for the Group in accordance with IFRS and applicable regulatory requirements. Collect, review, and validate financial reporting packages submitted by subsidiaries. Perform consolidation entries, including intercompany eliminations, investment eliminations, non-controlling interests, and consolidation adjustments. Review intercompany balances and transactions and coordinate with subsidiaries to resolve discrepancies within reporting deadlines. Ensure subsidiaries comply with the Group’s intercompany reporting policies, accounting standards, chart of accounts, and reporting timelines. Coordinate the external audit process, including audit schedules, supporting documents, confirmation requests, and responses to audit queries. Monitor audit findings and follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution. Review accounting treatments for complex transactions and ensure consistent application across the Group. Perform analytical reviews of consolidated results and explain significant movements, variances, and unusual balances. Support the preparation and continuous improvement of financial reporting policies, procedures, templates, and consolidation controls. Maintain accurate working papers and audit trails for all consolidation and financial reporting activities. Support the implementation and enhancement of consolidation and financial reporting systems. Collaborate with accounting, FP&A, tax, treasury, internal audit, and subsidiary finance teams. QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance or AccountingMinimum 5 years of relevant experienceProfessional certificate: SOCPA, CMA, or CPA Strong quantitative financial skills
