You will be a key contributor to the finance organization by supporting the Global IT Organization, partnering directly with senior leadership, and delivering critical analyses & reports that help get results.

Responsibilities

As part of a Global Finance team, help develop the IT Annual Plan and Rolling Plan Forecasts pertaining to IT operations for the entire companyPartner with both IT Management as well as Divisional Finance Departments to identify any budgetary risks and opportunities; highlight key messages to relevant partnersBuild and maintain complex financial models to support the budgeting process and various ad-hoc analyses; find opportunities for operational improvement and recommend solutions for efficiency gainsWork collaboratively with IT Finance teammates to contribute to the development of the long range strategic planProvide ad-hoc analyses and present them to IT and Finance Senior ManagementPrepare monthly and year-to-date management reports, analysis and feedback on financial performance and key performance measures; present findings to Senior Management

Requirements

3+ years of FP&A / budgeting experience preferredBachelor’s degree in Finance or similar fieldAbility to manage multiple projects within a deadline driven environmentExcellent analytical and quantitative skills, including high level of attention to detail and a desire to motivate changeAbility to work independently and make decisionsExcellent communications skills, both verbal and written, and experience presenting to senior managementExperience working with individuals outside of Finance preferred but not requiredAptitude with Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel skillsWe care about our culture, but we also prioritize your needs!
