At this time, AHG is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team!POSITION OVERVIEW:The Senior Financial Analyst provides advanced financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support strategic decision-making. This role partners closely with senior leadership, accounting, and business unit leaders to drive financial planning, budgeting, variance analysis, and ad hoc business analysis.RESPONSIBILITES:Lead the preparation of annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-range financial plansConduct monthly/quarterly variance analysis (actual vs. budget and prior year) and explain key drivers to leadershipBuild and maintain complex financial modelsDevelop and track KPIs and dashboards to monitor business performanceReporting & Business PartneringPrepare board-level and executive presentations, including financial summaries and strategic recommendationsPartner with department heads to analyze departmental spend, headcount planning, and cost optimization opportunitiesTranslate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-finance stakeholdersREQUIRMENTS:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Progress toward CFA/CPA a plus)2-3 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or related analytical roleAdvanced proficiency in Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, complex formulas)Strong understanding of GAAP, financial statements, and key financial metrics (EBITDA, ROI, NPV, IRR, etc.)Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skillsStrong communication skills — ability to present complex financial data to non-financial audiencesHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under deadline pressureKEY COMPETENCIES:Business acumen and commercial awarenessStrategic thinking balanced with attention to detailAbility to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authorityInternally driven desire to learn and improve processes dailyThank you for your interest, we look forward to reviewing your resume!
