The role analyses financial performance by developing KPIs, identifying trends and appropriate benchmarks and provide recommendations to improve business performance. Working closely with stakeholders across the pillars and corporate centre, the Senior Financial Analyst contributes to meaningful performance reporting, performance management and continuous process improvement. ResponsibilitiesAnalyse and present financial performance, KPIs and key trends, providing actionable insight and recommendations Develop financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, business planning and commercial decisions Partner with finance and non-finance stakeholders to provide financial insight and constructive challengeSupport business performance reviews and provide high quality management information Develop and enhance KPI frameworks, dashboards and balanced scorecards Contribute to reporting automation and process improvements, including the use of OneStream and Power BIEnsure financial models and reporting are accurate, reliable and delivered on timeQualification / Skills RequiredACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified 6-8 years’ post qualified experience in a Financial Analyst or similar role Strong financial modelling, analytical and problem-solving skills Experience in budgeting, forecasting and KPI development Advanced Excel skills: Power BI and OneStream experience is desirable Strong commercial awareness and business partnering skills Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial information to non-finance stakeholders Highly organised, proactive with good attention to detail, with strong integrity and accountability Big Four experience desirable Application InstructionsIf you meet the above requirements and are interested in this role, we'd love to hear from you.
