Senior Financial Analyst

Our brand is synonymous with quality, variety, and affordability, catering to a discerning clientele that values both tradition and craftsmanship.Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Finance Analyst to join our finance and accounting team. The ideal candidate will contribute to financial reporting, help maintain accurate financial records and support with our treasury risk management processes. Key Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.Support day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.Process invoices, receipts, and payments accurately and in a timely manner.Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate financial data.Maintain and update accounting records and files.Assist with inventory management and valuation.Support with treasury risk management (i.e. gold hedging).Support month-end and year-end closing processes.Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.Help with audits by providing necessary documentation and information.Perform other accounting tasks as assigned by the senior finance team.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Relevant internship or entry-level experience in accounting is preferred.Experience with the Jewellery industry is preferred. Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (experience with ERP systems is a plus).Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Strong communication skills in English.
