This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has built a strong foundation in accounting and/or financial analysis and is ready to take on broader responsibility and regular exposure to senior leadership.This is a lean, fast-paced finance organization where team members are expected to roll up their sleeves, take ownership, and operate as true business partners. The Senior Financial Analyst will have broad visibility across the organization and will work directly with leaders in Finance, Accounting, HR, IT, and other corporate functions.What You'll DoOwn key components of corporate financial planning, forecasting, and reporting.Prepare and analyze monthly financial results, including performance against budget, forecast, and prior periods.Develop a strong understanding of business drivers and clearly articulate the reasons behind financial variances.Participate in monthly financial reviews with senior and executive leadership, presenting results, explaining assumptions, and helping drive productive conversations around business performance.Partner directly with functional leaders to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.Manage and monitor corporate expenses, headcount, and other key spending categories.Support short- and long-term cash flow forecasting and working capital analysis.Work closely with Accounting throughout the monthly close and reporting process.Manage multiple analytical workstreams simultaneously using tools such as Excel and Power BI.Support annual planning, rolling forecasts, process improvements, and ad hoc financial analysis.Provide financial insight that helps leaders understand both current performance and the potential impact of future business decisions.What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.Approximately 2–5+ years of relevant experience in accounting, FP&A, corporate finance, or a similar analytical role.A strong accounting foundation is highly valued, particularly for someone who began their career in accounting and subsequently transitioned into FP&A or corporate finance.Strong understanding of the three financial statements and how they work together.Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large and complex financial data sets.Power BI experience is strongly preferred.Ability to understand financial results beyond the numbers and identify the underlying business drivers.Strong communication skills and the confidence to present financial information to senior leaders.Ability to defend assumptions, answer questions thoughtfully, and lead conversations around financial performance.Comfortable managing multiple priorities in an environment that is fast-moving and continually evolving.Self-motivated, intellectually curious, and willing to take ownership without requiring significant direction.Executive Presence Is ImportantThis position will have significantly more leadership exposure than a typical Senior Financial Analyst role. The successful candidate must be comfortable interacting directly with executives and functional leaders and be able to communicate financial information in a clear, concise, and credible manner.We're looking for someone who can move beyond simply preparing the analysis to owning the analysis—understanding the assumptions, anticipating questions, explaining variances, and confidently participating in conversations about business performance.Why Consider This Opportunity?Broad exposure.
