Senior Financial Analyst - Corporate

ResponsibilitiesKforce's cleint in the Appleton, WI area is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst. This role will handle financial and strategic analysis.

Responsibilities

Perform detailed financial analysis to support strategic decision-making Advise and mentor junior analysts, providing guidance and support Build and maintain complex financial models to forecast and analyze financial performance Participate in strategic planning activities, offering insights and recommendations Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements Assist in the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Support budgeting and forecasting processes, providing detailed analysis and insightsRequirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 4-7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software Working Conditions: Mainly onsiteThe pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
