Hiring: Senior Financial Analyst - FP&A (India)Location: Gurgaon | Experience 3-5 Years  We are hiring for a leading Japanese healthcare company trading in pharma/medical products, known for its strong legacy of quality, precision, and innovation. About the RoleThis role will work closely with the Finance leadership team, driving financial planning, analysis, and business decision support for the India market. You will play a key role in budgeting, reporting, and delivering actionable insights to improve business performance. Key ResponsibilitiesLead the budgeting process, including stakeholder alignment and submission to global teamsDeliver financial analysis & insights aligned with business strategyPerform variance analysis and highlight key drivers, risks, and opportunitiesMonitor gross margins, pricing impact, and identify margin leakagesTrack inventory ageing and drive working capital efficiencySupport pricing decisions, deal evaluations, and profitability analysisCollaborate across teams on finance and commercial initiativesImprove reporting and forecasting using Excel, Power BI & Power QueryWhat We’re Looking For3-5 years of experience in Finance/Accounting, with FP&A exposure (mandatory)Strong analytical and problem-solving mindsetExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsHands-on experience with Excel & Power BI (mandatory)Exposure to SAP / D365 / Power Query is a plusAbility to work in a fast-paced, global environmentQualificationDegree in Finance, Accounting, or related fieldWhy Apply?Opportunity to work with a global organizationHigh-impact role with visibility across business functionsCollaborative and growth-oriented environmentInterested candidates can apply or reach out directly at hrconnect@psan.in
