This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to join a company with significant momentum, continue progressing their career, and expand their understanding of how Finance supports a complex, growing organization.What You’ll DoPartner with business and Finance leadership to provide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations that support profitable growth and informed decision-making.Own and support key aspects of the monthly financial close, including management reporting, variance analysis, trend analysis, and identification of key business drivers.Participate in the annual budgeting and planning process, partnering with functional leaders to develop operating expense budgets and financial plans.Support recurring forecasting and quarterly planning activities, ensuring financial projections are accurate, timely, and aligned with business objectives.Analyze functional budgets, spending trends, and performance against plan to identify opportunities, risks, and areas requiring additional attention.Develop and maintain financial models and analytical tools used to evaluate business performance and support strategic initiatives.Prepare regular and ad hoc financial reports, presentations, and analysis for Finance and senior management.Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide meaningful insights into financial and operational performance.Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and drive cost savings across various corporate and SG&A functions.Respond to ad hoc financial questions and analytical requests from internal stakeholders, including senior leadership.Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and other business teams to improve financial visibility and decision-making.What We’re Looking ForRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting — required.5+ years of corporate FP&A experience with strong hands-on experience across budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, management reporting, KPIs, and strategic financial analysis.Experience working within a large ERP or financial system, such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or a comparable platform.Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and strong PowerPoint presentation skills.Strong financial and analytical capabilities with the ability to translate data into clear business insights.Excellent written, verbal, communication, and presentation skills.Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.Demonstrated career progression and increasing responsibility throughout your career.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting a complex, multi-functional or rapidly evolving organization.Experience partnering directly with business leaders and senior management.Strong process-improvement and problem-solving mindset.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.Comfortable operating in a dynamic environment where priorities can shift quickly.Collaborative, team-oriented approach with the ability to build strong relationships across the organization.Why Consider This Opportunity?Exceptional CultureJoin a Finance organization known for having genuinely great people, strong collaboration, and a team-first environment.
