This position partners closely with business leaders to provide insights into financial performance and drive informed decision-making. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively across departments. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.ResponsibilitiesSupport and own portions of the annual budget, monthly/quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning processPerform detailed P&L and variance analysis, explaining actual results versus budget and forecastAnalyze key business drivers including revenue, operating expenses, headcount, margins, and profitabilityBuild and maintain financial models used for forecasting, scenario analysis, and decision supportPartner with department heads and business leaders on budgets, forecasts, and financial performancePrepare monthly management reporting, KPI packages, and executive-level presentationsProvide clear commentary on financial results, trends, risks, and opportunitiesSupport month-end close from an FP&A perspective, working closely with Accounting to understand actual resultsAssist with headcount planning, departmental expense management, and resource allocationDevelop ad hoc financial analyses to support strategic and operational decisionsRequired Experience/Skills3 to 6 years of progressive Corporate FP&A or Corporate Finance experienceHands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting, P&L analysis, variance analysis, and management reportingStrong understanding of the relationship between the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statementAdvanced Excel and financial modeling skillsAbility to interpret financial data and provide actionable insightsStrong communication skills and experience partnering with both finance and non-finance stakeholdersPreferred Experience/SkillsExperience with ERP/planning platforms such as Oracle, SAP, Workday Adaptive Planning, or AnaplanFamiliarity with financial reporting tools and dashboard creationExposure to KPI development and executive-level reportingAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving and analytical thinking skillsEducation RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related business disciplineCoursework in financial modeling and corporate finance preferredAdvanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plusContinuing education in FP&A best practices desirableBenefitsIf eligible under the ACA, medical, dental and vision benefits and time off in accordance with local paid sick time laws will be offered.
