Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A

Position SummaryArmanino Foods is seeking a highly analytical and business-focused Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A to join our corporate finance team in Pleasanton, California. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, this role will provide the analysis, planning, and financial insights needed to support strategic decisions and improve business performance across the organization.The Senior Financial Analyst will partner with leaders across Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Human Resources, and Accounting to evaluate business performance and turn financial data into actionable recommendations. This role is well suited for a finance professional who enjoys solving complex business problems, building decision-support models, and influencing outcomes through cross-functional partnership.Essential ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning & ForecastingMaintain the company's short- and long-term financial forecasts.Support the annual long-term strategic and budget planning process, including financial modeling by period, spend type, and department.Financial Analysis & Business PartnershipPerform ad hoc financial analysis to support operational and strategic decision-making.Serve as a business partner to the company's operating functions, providing financial insights and recommendations that support business performance.Reporting & SystemsLead the compilation of monthly internal financial and KPI reporting.Cross-Functional CollaborationSupport other finance and operational initiatives as needed.QualificationsRequiredBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.At least 3 years of corporate FP&A experience.At least 5 years of total finance experience.Self-directed team player with a strong work ethic and willingness to periodically take on additional responsibilities based on business needs.Strong proficiency in financial statement modeling, accounting principles, and management reporting.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with executive presence and the ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional partners.PreferredInvestment banking experience in addition to corporate FP&A experience.Proficiency with data visualization tools and artificial intelligence applications.Experience in food manufacturing, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or another manufacturing environment.Experience with Sage X3 or a comparable ERP platform.MBA, CPA, or CMA designation.CompensationEstimated base salary: $110,000–$140,000 plus annual bonus opportunity.
